Yoga for a Healthy Back is BACK by popular demand!
Perhaps you’ve noticed your low back aching more than it used to – getting off the couch or out of bed or maybe you feel your posture is starting to slump more and more from sitting in front of a computer or hunching over your phone. Whatever the complaint, join me for this popular 5 week series to learn safe exercises to bring greater resilience and strength to your back and whole body. You’ll develop a 15 minute routine you can do at home to continue growing the benefits of this practice.
