Goat Yoga – This Fri. Sept 1!

That’s right! I’ve been invited to be a guest teacher at the original Goat Yoga farm in Corvallis, OR this Friday, Sept. 1 from 5 – 6 pm. That’s a 30 min. class approximately with plenty of time for Goat Happy Hour Schmoozing. You may be asking, “Julia, why would I or anyone do Goat Yoga with cute pygmy goats (mostly)?” I don’t know what you’re experience might be, but I discovered a playfulness and a shattering of the serious yogi glass as I communed with my fellow creatures who curiously climbed, cuddled, and explored their human friends.
